Fees

All appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis. A 50% upfront booking fee is required to reserve an appointment. The booking fee is inclusive of all communication, planning, location scouting, preparations, and to block off a specific time on the calendar. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable*. This fee applies to the total price of your session.

Cancellations

Life happens and cancellations are understandable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 48-hours before your appointment to rebook. If you have to cancel the day of your session, please call to reschedule ASAP. *

*Last-minute cancellations (24-hours or less) are subject to a rebooking fee.

No Shows

If you do not call or do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit the right to your booking fee. Moreover, you will not be able to book a future appointment unless the entire session is paid in full when booking.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. New York commuting is tough, so plan enough time to get to your appointment. If you are running late, please give me a courtesy call. All clients are given a 15-minute grace period. However, after 15 minutes, time will be deducted from your session (e.g., if you have a 60-minute session and arrive 20-minutes late, the session will be 40 minutes). If you arrive more than 30-minutes late, the shoot will be canceled.

Inclement Weather

If an outdoor, on-location shoot has to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, I will work with you to find the next available appointment.

Virtual Meeting

All first-time clients are subject to a phone or video meeting to discuss scheduling. A Zoom link will be provided for video meetings.

*The deposit is refundable if the photographer cancels the session and is unable to reschedule.
